DELIVERIES

The delivery of the order is made to the address indicated by the Customer when entering his personal data, unless a different delivery address is specifically indicated by the Customer.

Under normal conditions the order is processed within 2 working days of confirmation, while delays with respect to this indicative deadline can always be contemplated in periods of intense commercial traffic (eg Black Friday, pre-Christmas period, special promotions).

Once the order has been entrusted to the courier, MTC is not liable for delays attributable to the inefficiency of the latter's service but undertakes to resolve any logistical problems in favor of the customer.

DELIVERY COSTS

In the case of orders from customers who qualify as consumers, the delivery costs are charged to the customer and will be calculated directly at checkout after entering the address.

Shipping in Italy with BRT: arrival of the goods in 1-2 days from receipt of payment, subject to availability of the same. On the day of shipment you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking code.

Shipping to EU, UK and Rest of the World: it will be possible to choose between the faster but more expensive service (UPS) or the slower but cheaper service (Post).

In the case of bulky packages, the price and the shipping method may vary according to the size and weight of the package.
